The patient is an attorney and had a history of grinding his teeth (Bruxism)..Also due to the spacing of his teeth he was finding his phonetics not very satisfactory..we raised his bite by about 2 mms and gave him crowns on most of his teeth to correct the look and protect the teeth from damage due to Bruxism.Also to discontinue the habit and as damage control we gave him a semisoft occlusal guard to wear for an extended period of time.
Patient was very satisfied with his new look.

Here due to severe fluorosis, the patient had discolored and malformed teeth leading to severe sensitivity to sweets, cold and sour foods.By giving him crowns he was able to consume all kinds of foods without any pain and also smile and talk confidently !!

This is a case of a 2 year old who had come to us because of caries(decayed teeth) and was unable to eat without pain as a result. He had a history of going to bed at nights and falling asleep with a bottle of milk/juice. This resulted in the pooling of milk/juice in the oral cavity exposing the teeth to the bacteria for over 7-8 hours at night. This results in the decalcification of teeth and resultant caries.
Since the child was too young to co-operate with having treatment in the chair itself, we had to fill all his teeth under general anesthesia.

This was a case where the patient had periodontally involved mobile four lower anterior teeth which needed to be extracted. After extraction, 4 implants were immediately placed into the sockets along with bone grafts. The area was allowed to heal for 6 weeks and subsequently restored with crowns.

Here the patient would like to correct the overlap on the anteriors - upper and lower front teeth ..but was apprehensive on what the final result would look like - by the smile designing software we are able to create an "after - look" to show the patient what her teeth would could look like with treatment. Once they are satisfied we try to recreate the result as closely as possible to the mock-up.

This gentleman has been complaining of severe neck pain and ringing in the ears for 6-8 months and constant headaches and all ENT conditions were examined and ruled out. He did have spondilitis and that was ultimately determined to be the cause. However when he came to us for an opinion, we found that he was wearing ill fitting dentures which was overextending his Temporo-mandibular joint, resulting in all these problems. We fabricated a new set with prper occlusal measurements and now he is free of neck pain, ringing of the ears and headaches.

Due to years of neglect and lack of dental insurance, this lady was unable to get the kind of treatment she needed to tend to the health of her teeth. When we saw her she had badly infected teeth, broken and in various stages of mobility. It also gave a beating to her sense of confidence and rarely opened her mouth to speak or laugh due to the embarrassment of appearance of her teeth. Her challenge was to get treated in a relatively short period of time and rehabilitate her oral status to a stage where she would have a healthy functional set of teeth.
We performed root canals, fillings, extractions and cleaning of her teeth and gave a permanent bridge on the upper arch and a partial denture on her lowers to complete her look and recreate an healthy oral environment. Not to mention, oodles of self confidence as she cannot stop smiling ever since!
