Another endeavor to make the hospital patient-friendly is the facility that we provide for attendants of ICU patients. Unlike other hospitals, here they can stay over in the hospital till such time as the patient is in intensive care. In twin-sharing cubicles, attendants get a cot and a small storage space, besides a separate provision for drinking water, TV and toilets for them.

Emergency & Trauma care
We extend our expertise in critical care to the transportation of critically ill patients by ambulances. Our emergency service, known as the E-ONE emergency service, is supported by 8 dedicated ambulances that are connected by Wi-Fi. Timely intervention is crucial in emergency care and our E-ONE ambulances can provide critical care to the patient in transit. Before the patient reaches hospital, his or her record is exchanged between the doctor in the ambulance and the resident doctor in the hospital, akin to the EMS system employed in developed countries. Needless to say, often this little time saved can be an invaluable asset in saving or improving the patient's life.
