Dr Chakraborty is a young surgeon par excellence in the domain of Uro surgery. He is one of the few surgeons in the eastern region to have pioneered in Laparoscopic Urology.

After completing his MS in general surgery from Patna, Dr Chakraborty did his fellowship from Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He has conducted many Educational Programs for various practitioner’s association sharing his knowledge in Laparoscopic Urology.

Dr Chakraborty has many publications to his credit including “ Role of Closed Mitral Commissurotomy for Mitral Restenosis” which he has coauthored in Volume 97 of Indian Medical Association Journal.
